Shipping policy

At Ladies of Leisure, we take pride in creating made-to-order products with exceptional care. Each piece is printed, cut, stitched, steamed, and packaged by hand after your order is placed, ensuring the highest quality.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to the United States and Canada through our website. We plan to expand to additional countries soon and invite customers to sign up for our newsletter for updates.

For destinations outside the United States and Canada, please contact support@ladies-of-leisure.com as we may be able to accommodate special requests on a case-by-case basis.

Production and Delivery Timelines

All products are crafted specifically for each order. Production, including printing, cutting, stitching, steaming, and packaging, takes up to 20 days. Orders placed on weekends or federal holidays begin processing on the next business day.

Once shipped, delivery typically occurs within 7 days to addresses in the United States and Canada.

Customers can expect to receive their order within 28 days of placement, or sooner. 

Shipping Options and Costs

We offer standard shipping only, with costs calculated at checkout based on location and order details. Express options are not available except in approved rush cases. 

Rush Orders

Customers needing an order by a specific date should email support@ladies-of-leisure.com as soon as possible. We will assess current production volume and confirm whether the deadline can be met, potentially with overnight shipping for an additional fee.

Order Tracking

An order confirmation email is sent immediately after purchase. A second email containing the tracking number is sent once the order ships. Customers may track their package through the courier's website.

Delivery Requirements and Responsibility

For smooth delivery, a complete and accurate shipping address with any special instructions must be provided, along with a valid phone number as a backup contact method for the courier. 

We are not responsible for lost or delayed shipments caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.

International Shipping

For orders to Canada, customs duties, taxes, and import fees are the responsibility of the recipient. We are not liable for these charges. Please note that occasional delays may occur during customs clearance.
